Tiffani Byrum is originally from Buffalo, NY but is an elected Georgia Peach since being here for over 15 years. She migrated to Georgia in 2006 for college and  is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University. Tiffani spent almost 10 years growing and running successful businesses for large corporate companies, where she learned most of her business expertise that she later implemented on her own businesses.  She is a devoted mother to 1 son, owner/operator of Prissy & Polished LLC and founder of Polished Prep Academy. She started Prissy & Polished  in February 2019 after leaving the corporate retail world to follow her dreams of being an Entrepreneur. Tiffani grew her successful business over the years and always had a passion for teaching nail knowledge and techniques. It wasn’t easy and there was never a dull moment, but it’s the most fulfilling career she ever had! Her love for being an educator grew over the years of being a nail technician so she went back to school for her Nail Instructors license in 2022. Upon expansion from business salon to a school, Tiffani added to her brand the Polished Prep Academy thereby furthering the outreach to help others reach their potential. She continues to nurture and educate up-and-coming successful technicians through nail summer camps, advanced career training, professional internship programs, employment, and scholarships. Tiffani founded a non-profit organization “ Polished Prep Foundation”. Through the organization, the school helps provide opportunities to those seeking furthering their education. Tiffani saw a huge need for a nail school that just didn’t teach the state board requirements but a school that would prepare you for the nail industry in today's society. Tiffani has created a program that is tailored to teaching you the skills to thrive in today's modern nail industry!
